Questions

Ask us anything.

These are the ones we hear most.

Still wondering?

Is the price really all in?

Yes. Power, heat, Wi-Fi, coffee, cleaning of shared spaces and repairs are part of the rate. If we ever add a fee, you will hear it from Seth first, in plain words.

How long do I have to sign for?

Most people start with one year. Need something shorter? Ask us. We would rather fit your business than lose you over a form.

Can I move to a bigger office later?

Yes. When your business grows, tell us. We will look across all 7 buildings for your next room.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Of course. Offices come empty so you can make them yours. Need help moving in? Just ask.

Can clients visit me?

Yes. Meet them in your office or a lounge, or book a conference room for free.

What happens on a tour?

Mary meets you at the door. She shows you the open offices and shared spaces and answers your questions. It takes about 20 minutes. No pressure.

Come see it. Mary will meet you at the door.

Pick a day and a time. It takes one minute. A real person confirms within one business day.
