Most office space is owned by people you will never meet. A fund in another state. A company with a logo and a phone tree. When the heat goes out, you file a ticket and you wait.

I did not want to be that kind of landlord. So we built COMMONS.

We are a family business.

That is not a slogan. It is who answers when you call. You will meet Stacey, Albert, Mat and the rest of us. You will meet Mary, Mason, Rachelle and Valdo. We are not a call center. We are the people who run these buildings.

Hidden fees are a choice. We chose not to.

Small offices, on purpose.

A lot of you work alone, or with one or two people. You do not need a whole floor. You need a door that closes, Wi-Fi that works, and a nice room to meet a client.

So that is what we built, across 7 buildings in Longmont and Boulder. The coffee is on us. So are the neighbors, who run their own businesses just like you.

What I promise you.

  1. 1You will know our names. Not a portal. Not a ticket. A person you have met.
  2. 2Repairs come from our own team.Mason knows these buildings. He is not a stranger from an app.
  3. 3One bill, with nothing hiding in it.If we ever add a fee, you hear it from me first.
  4. 4The same care for everyone. One small office or a whole building. Same people. Same answers.

Come see the buildings. If I am around, I will say hi. And if you ever need me, my number is on your lease.
